The lame argument they gave me was that it was to make it match the color temp of typical crt televisions. I told them this was ridiculous because if that were the case they would have made the preview window darker rather than lighter. The guy I talked to on the phone just stammered like he didn't have a clue. You're quite right about not being able to swap programs easily without changing the monitor's contrast everytime you do. A major drawback, that. I went to Premiere instead and never looked back. I advise you to do the same.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
